Polaris Wellness Group is dedicated to educating and strengthening future generations of therapists through high quality clinical supervision. Supervisees will be provided a diverse client population, opportunity to develop clinical specialties, and an understanding of day-to-day operations of a group practice.

Reimbursement Structure
Our reimbursement model is a percentage fee split for services provided. The percentage paid to the practice is invested in the following ways:
- Administrative team who manages:
- Billing
- Credentialing with insurance companies
- Insurance disputes or complications
- New client inquiries and initial therapeutic pairing
- Prior authorizations with insurance companies
- Records requests
- Scheduling
- Option to facilitate group therapy with the ability to choose the types of groups you want to run
- A large group room is available to any therapist who wants to offer this service!
- Clinical case consultation
- Beautiful and welcoming office space with regular cleaning services
- Rent is included, and comes at no additional cost to the therapist
- Dedicated, reserved office space and a set schedule
- New client referrals
- Therapists get to determine populations of clinical specialty and will receive referrals that match with your area of expertise.
- Marketing on a minimum of two platforms (Psychology Today and Zencare)
- Access to an electronic medical record system using Therapy Notes
For provisionally licensed therapists
(LPCC and LSW):
All of the services above will be covered in the percentage split, PLUS the following-
- An annual stipend for professional development trainings
- Group supervision with an approved supervisor
- Individual supervision with an approved supervisor
- Merit-based opportunity to continue with PWG as a fully licensed therapist
